While most services are covered by OHIP, some are not. Therefore, we would like to offer you the opportunity to participate in our BLOCK FEE plan. This BLOCK FEE covers such uninsured services as: telephone consultations with an RN or MD, prescription renewals by phone or at the request of your pharmacy, massage/physiotherapy letters, off-work notes, third party medical exams/insurance forms and liquid nitrogen for certain procedures. Newly added to our Block Fee Coverage are Travel Consultations.
